Calendar Photo Shoot

You read that right...there will be calendars produced with each of the 12 couples participating in Dancing With the Waco Stars as one of the months. My reaction to this news? Actually, that is just part of us having fun with it!  The final image will have a background yet to be determined (get tickets to the event and you will get a calendar and can see 👀...and add some votes for us, of course!) Here is a video of one of our attempts to get the pose we wanted.  Note that our outfits and the pose (and the music playing in the background) should give you all you need to guess the song/theme movie we will dance to. I actually think we have a couple of better choices that will be the final product, but seriously, who needs Ryan and Emma when you have Rod and Stephanie?

Video Montage/Interview

September 11th we were filmed to create the video that will play prior to our dance on October 26th.   A few short clips from the interview portion (sorry for the sound quality...) Unfortunately, if it was just my own safety at risk that would be one thing.  I am something of a menace to objects around the house as well. This lamp was victim to an attempt to improve my arm position on a turn. Even in the studio I may be viewed as a bit of a hazard.  Last week Stephanie was working on my spins and made some (as always) helpful suggestions that got me rotating at a much better rate.  Thankfully her husband Brian was able to act quickly and move his dance partner at the time out of harms way in the nick of time.  Perhaps some remember the cartoon Tasmanian Devil. Mandy is likely considering ways to "dan...
